I can help you get stronger, build muscle and improve agility.

Group Strength & Conditioning

Each one hour training session will include:

Warmup - exercises designed to prepare your body for the workout, getting muscles warm and joints mobile.

​

Strength Training - working through several planes of motion to ensure your complete athletic development, utilizing various loading schemes to both increase strength and build the muscle needed to perform well.

​

Plyometrics - exercises to ensure you can react quickly, both to absorb and produce force, for safety and speed.

​

Conditioning - drills to make sure you have what it takes finish the game.

​

Cool Down/Stretching - to keep you limber for your future athletic endeavors.

​

Pricing/Scheduling:

Sessions require 4 youth at a minimum, 7 youth maximum.

​

Sessions may be purchased in 4 week blocks.  Payment made in advance with Paypal or at the first session.

​

4 total sessions (1x session weekly) is $80

8 total sessions (2x sessions weekly) is $160

​

Possible sessions to choose from:

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 8:00 to 9:00 pm

Saturday 1:30 to 2:30, 2:30 to 3:30
