How To: Squat


Overall a good video. However, I will nit pick a few things.

Before you click the image, note the head position. You will want to keep the head in a more neutral position, in line with the spine. In this case, that would mean leaning a bit more forward.

Also, you will see a bit of over extension through the spine as he demonstrates the squat 0:20 to 0:30. This over extension goes along with the head position as well. In general we want the spine neutral. However, in terms of injury prevention, I would rather have you squat as shown in the video as compared to squatting with a rounded back (as demonstrated starting at 1:28).
